The wait is OVER! Eurosport's long-awaited stage 1 Twin Screw
Supercharger system is now complete and available for
purchase.
The kit includes everything you will need to get your car up and
running. Our cold air intake system, new 3.5" air mass meter, custom
machined manifold assembly with integrated Laminova intercooler cores,
manifold and supercharger nose piece brackets, 1.7L Opcon Autorotor
Twin Screw Supercharger, larger fuel injectors, custom front mount heat
exchanger, lightweight black reinforced coolant hose, electric coolant
pump, intercooler coolant reservoir, protected high quality wire
harnesses, and Jim Conforti tuned software.
A new clutch system and suspension upgrades are HIGHLY recommended!

The ESS 330 M54 TS1 series system is equipped with a Lysholm Twin Screw
supercharger which has several advantages over the centrifugal
compressors used in earlier ESS M52TU/M54 systems. It creates a higher
boost-pressure at lower engine rpm, thus significantly increasing
bottom and mid range torque. The overall system efficiency, torque
delivery, power production and room for higher power stages is
considerably higher than that of any competitor. The Twin Screw
supercharger is the only product on the market today to combine both a
positive displacement design for maximum low-end torque and highly
efficient top-end horsepower output. Also emission levels at high speed
and boost are lower than with other turbo and supercharging systems.

The new ESS VT440/450 E46 M3 SC system is based on the technology
platform of the street and track proven ESS VT2 kit first introduced in
2003. The systems are full systems including the rock solid Vortech
V2SQ SC unit, 20mm Certal aluminum main bracket for superior rigidity,
custom molded silicone discharge tubing, custom molded plastic air
intake ducting, Bosch bypass valve assembly, and custom tuned ESS ECU
software with OEM 8000RPM limit, removed dyno limiter and top speed
governor. Fueling is provided by new, larger Bosch Motorsport fuel
injectors.
And,
like all ESS supercharger systems, these new VT kits are tuned and
tested for over 50,000 street and track miles on multiple vehicles, 60+
hours on our loading dyno, full load top speed endurance testing on the
German Autobahn, and final certification laps on the Nurburgring.
