I always look for the most bang for my buck and Landshark offers that and more. They offer better customer service than the big BMW dealerships. Thanks for the great work on my car (1999 e46 323i). The UUC ss kit and new brakes are excellent, but even more importantly I was very pleased with the high level of service I received. Leonid was thorough and professional, and I really appreciated that he took the time to walk me through the work he did.
I've recommended your shop a number of times, and I will not hesitate to bring my car in again should/when the need arise.

Lenny and Dimitri are great! They installed the Conforti/Eurosport cam kit on my '97 M3, and the car is a, as Dimitri put it, "rocket ship" now. They're both friendly guys who did a great job on the install. Lenny also let me know of other things he found along the way (VANOS going south, etc.), let me know the options (cost, pros and cons of fixing, etc.), and let me make my own decision with no pressure. He even saved me some money by letting me know that I didn't really need to replace my window motor; the old one just needed some grease. Thanks, guys!

I brought my '89 325i to Landshark to have them correct a leaking fuel tank and install the front shocks that I couldn't.
The car was ready early, and the work well done. The bill was what was a little less than expected!
I liked Lenny telling me what he was going to do, and what needed to be done, and that they let me provide parts I could get a better deal on.
I'll be back.

I needed an Inspection II for my 1999 528i. After talking to the dealer and then Landshark I was convinced I was in better hands with Lenny and Dimitri. Where the dealer quoted that they would replace parts like Spark Plugs and Fuel Filter "If Necessary" as part of the service for almost TWICE the price of Landshark, Lenny assured me that they replace these items on EVERY vehicle. I also had my rear brakes done at the same time and the total cost for both items was the same as I would have paid just for the Inspection II at the dealer. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and from speaking to the guys it was obvious they were knowledgeable and had a true appreciation for BMW's and the BMW community. I would not hesitate to recommend Landshark to anyone that owns a BMW and plan to continue to have my vehicle serviced there for any necessary service or repairs.

After having you look over my vehicle and performing a number of tasks, you discovered the real reason for the problem noise. The LandShark guys have done quite a bit to my '97 M3/4 since October. Their work has included: Install UUC Short shift, Install Xbrace & buffer stop, Fix side skirt,Change trans / Diff / Brake Fluid
Aluminum thermostat housing,Inspection II, JTD-Rear Upper shock mounts,
Fix seat heater, Install JTD-Aluminum front undertray,
Install Keyless Entry / Alarm. In each of these, they saved me lots of $$ over the dealer, had flexible scheduling, a loaner car, and super work & feedback. Lastly, they just replaced my sick diffy with a 3.46 40% LSD. The results are amazing, the M3 has markedly better acceleration. All this and after Insp II my mpg went from 20 to 27! Thanks Guys!!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dimitri and Lenny because of some..lets say... failed components of my 95' M3's suspension. I was amazed by their customer service and enthusiastic demeanor. They were extremely knowledgeable, cooperative and very patient with me as I had what seemed like a zillion questions I'm sure. During the time they worked on my car, they kept me informed. Lenny even offered his own personal car to me because of a snag he encountered in the repair process that took longer than he had expected. I just want to say Thanks to Dimitri and Lenny for the kindness and professionalism you have displayed. It seems that people like you two are hard to come by these days and I am just thankful that I have found you to trust with my car. Thanks again!!

Just a quick note to plug Landshark Automotive in Natick.
I've got a 323ti that needed a new airbag computer. It was good enough that Lenny got me the correct euro-specific computer for a fair price, and installed it gratis. But he also took the time to get it coded properly, despite unexpected problems with the euro-only airbag setup (no seatbelt switches), which required a few hours (and a few calls to his coding machine's tech support line) to get coded correctly.
BTW, the dealer wouldn't even touch the job.

On my first visit to Landshark I brought my 2002 330i in for an Inspection II service. Lenny delivered the car much quicker than I expected, and of course the service was far less expensive than the dealer. Lenny informed me of a minor issue found on the car, and his prices on this item as well were by far the best. It is a truly wonderful feeling to find a shop you feel you can trust with the cars you love.
I will not hesitate to bring my car back and have already recommended Landshark to my BMW friends.

These guys are outstanding. Brought my car to another, so called independent shop for some work including an (minor) oil leak. The diagnosed a valve cover gasket and replaced it. A few days later I had it at a BMW dealership and they discovered an oil leak. They diagnosed it as a head gasket. ($$$)
Brought it to landShark and they found and fixed the leak (chain tensioner gasket/washer) fixed and out the door for next to nothing, I almost felt bad that they didn't charge me more. Excellent work and HONEST guys. BTW I drove from New Hampshire, and I'll only use these guys.

It is nice to deal directly with the people working on your car. They are very knowledgable and give you excellent advice on maintenance and upgrades to stock parts.
